It’s acceptable but seems slightly smaller than the last one I purchased and won’t be buying again even though I have 3 more Hyrox in the coming months.
Realistically its extortionately expensive for what is effectively a standard white frame with a card insert and one print of a photo so will be making my own in future.
Hi Tim,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the size and value of the frame.
Our frames are manufactured in the UK and then personally customised by us to fit each finisher patch. This process takes time and care, and we aim to provide a quality, personalised product for every customer.
We appreciate your comments and will take them on board as we continue to improve.
Kind regards,
The Racetoframe Team
